1. Digital Delivery Protocol
Virtual Vogue Designs supplies exclusively intangible, downloadable CAD files (.3DM, .STL formats). No physical jewelry, metals, or gems will be shipped. Final assets are delivered securely via email or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of invoice clearance.
2. Design Revisions
Bespoke custom commissions include two (2) complimentary rounds of minor revisions (e.g., prong thickness, ring sizing). Major structural redesigns requested after the initial modeling phase will require a secondary modification fee.
3. Refund Finality (No Chargebacks)
Due to the irrevocable and easily duplicable nature of digital assets, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. Once a .3DM or .STL file has been transmitted to you, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
4. Commercial Licensing
Purchasing a file grants you a license to use the design for physical manufacturing and commercial sale of the physical jewelry piece. Reselling, distributing, or sharing the digital CAD files themselves is strictly prohibited.
5. Formats & Compatibility
Blueprints are provided in standard .3DM and .STL formats, ensuring compatibility with modern resin 3D printers and CNC mills. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to possess the necessary hardware/software.
6. Manufacturing Liability
Our designs are engineered to prevent porosity and ensure secure gem settings. However, Virtual Vogue Designs is not liable for casting failures, metal shrinkage, or stone breakage resulting from third-party manufacturing errors.
7. Data Protection
Client contact details are utilized exclusively for order fulfillment and invoicing. We respect the strict confidentiality of bespoke client designs and will not publish custom commissions without prior consent.
8. Custom Quotations
Prices listed in the digital atelier are for pre-designed models. Bespoke orders require a detailed consultation. Bespoke quotes are valid for 14 days and require a 50% upfront deposit before modeling commences.
9. Office Hours & Communication

10. Agreement Acceptance
By initiating an order or submitting a payment to Virtual Vogue Designs, the client automatically acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by all terms outlined within this policy document.
